Women’s circles aren’t about being put on the spot or sharing more than you feel comfortable with. You don’t have to be “good at it,” look a certain way, or know what phase the moon is in. You can come as you are, ease in at your own pace, have a cup of tea, listen, and join in when it feels right. That’s enough.

What you’ll find is a room of women who feel just like you do, probably a little unsure, maybe a bit awkward, but craving something real and slowly, as you settle in something softens. The pressure to perform drops away.

There’s no fixing, no advice, no judgment. Just space to be yourself, at your own pace.
